These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website [cryptomero.com] (the “Site”) and all of its features: the crypto-asset buy and sell comparison, the exchange directory, the staking yield comparison, the airdrop list and the SOL reclaim tool. By browsing the Site or using any of its features, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1. Publisher of the Site

The Site is published by LEOXB 59 rue de Ponthieu à Paris, France. This information also appears in the Site’s legal notice.

2. What the Site is: an information and comparison service

The Site presents information about exchanges, crypto-asset offers, yield programmes and token distribution campaigns. Its sole purpose is to help visitors compare options and stay informed.

  • The Site does not provide investment advice or personal recommendations. No content is an invitation to buy, sell or hold any crypto-asset.
  • The Site does not buy, sell, hold or exchange any crypto-asset on behalf of its visitors. Transactions take place on third-party platforms and protocols, under their own terms.
  • The SOL reclaim tool described in section 9 is non-custodial software: it prepares a transaction that users sign themselves from their own wallet.

3. Accuracy of information

Prices, fees, yields, regulatory statuses (including MiCA licences), rewards and dates shown on the Site are collected from public sources, sometimes automatically, or estimated from published fee schedules. The Publisher endeavours to keep them up to date but does not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current. The terms that actually apply are those shown by the platform or project concerned at the time of your transaction. Always check them on the official website before acting.

4. Affiliate links and partnerships

Some links and buttons on the Site are affiliate links: if you open an account or complete a transaction after following them, the Publisher may receive a commission from the partner, at no extra cost to you. Placements that are promoted in return for payment are labelled as such. Such compensation does not make the Publisher responsible for the quality of the partners’ services.

5. Third-party platforms, protocols and projects

When you follow a link from the Site, you leave the Site and deal directly with a third party (exchange, decentralised finance protocol, token issuer). The Publisher is not a party to that relationship and has no control over these third parties. It cannot be held liable for their services, fees or decisions (refusal to open an account, identity checks, frozen or blocked funds), their technical failures, hacks or insolvency, or their compliance with the regulations applicable in your country.

6. Buy and sell offers

The comparison estimates the total cost of a purchase or sale from published quotes and fees. The price you actually get on a platform may differ because of market movements, order book depth, deposit or withdrawal fees, exchange rates and the conditions attached to your account. The ranking shown is not a recommendation.

7. Staking and yields

The yields shown are variable and indicative, and are never guaranteed. Staking and yield products carry risks including: loss of capital if the asset’s price falls, lock-up periods during which funds cannot be withdrawn, penalties applied by some networks, counterparty risk on centralised platforms, technical risks specific to smart contracts, impermanent loss in liquidity pools and stablecoins losing their peg. The explanations given about tokens and networks are simplified and do not replace the protocols’ official documentation.

8. Airdrops

The airdrop list is provided for information. The Publisher does not run any airdrop and is not affiliated with the projects listed, unless stated otherwise.

  • An airdrop is never guaranteed: eligibility criteria, amounts and dates are set by the project or platform, which may change them or cancel the distribution at any time.
  • Taking part may involve costs (network fees, deposits, trading volume) and expose your funds to technical or market risks.
  • Airdrops are a common vehicle for scams. You alone are responsible for the websites you visit and the transactions you sign. Never share your recovery phrase.
  • Tokens you receive may have tax consequences, for which you alone are responsible (section 12).

9. SOL reclaim tool

The reclaim tool scans the token accounts of a Solana address, identifies the empty ones and prepares a transaction that closes them, so that the reserve (“rent”) they lock is returned to the user.

  • Non-custodial operation. Users connect their own wallet, review the proposed transaction and sign it themselves. The Publisher never has access to the user’s private key or recovery phrase and never holds the user’s funds.
  • Fees. The scan is free. If you reclaim, a service fee expressed as a percentage of the amount reclaimed is shown before you sign and is taken within the same transaction, together with any share due to a referrer. Solana network fees come on top.
  • Immediate performance. By signing the transaction, users request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that, since the service is fully performed once the transaction is confirmed, they no longer have a right of withdrawal for that operation.
  • Irreversibility. A transaction confirmed on the blockchain is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded by the Publisher.
  • User responsibility. Users check that they are on the official Site, review the content of the transaction in their wallet before signing it, and make sure the operation is permitted in their country.
  • Token burning. If a token-burning option is offered, it permanently destroys the tokens concerned; it is never applied without the user’s express action.
  • Availability. The service depends on the Solana network and on third-party connection providers. It may be interrupted, slowed down or fail without the Publisher being liable. A failed transaction does not incur any service fee.
  • Referrals. Referrers choose the address that receives their share. It is their responsibility to check that address and to follow the rules that apply to promoting the service; the Publisher may disable a referral code in case of abuse.

10. Risks of crypto-assets

Crypto-assets are highly volatile. Their value can fall sharply and quickly, down to zero. They are not covered by the protections that apply to bank deposits. The regulations that apply to them are changing and may restrict access in some countries. Only invest money you could lose without putting your financial situation at risk.

11. Access conditions and user obligations

  • The Site is intended for adults with full legal capacity. Features relating to crypto-assets are reserved for people aged 18 or over.
  • You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country of residence. Some platforms, offers or campaigns are not available in certain countries; their presence on the Site does not mean they are open to you.
  • You must not misuse the Site: large-scale automated collection, bypassing technical limits, attempted intrusion, referral fraud, or use for unlawful purposes or money laundering.
  • The Publisher may restrict or suspend access to the Site or to a feature if these Terms are breached.

12. Tax

You alone are responsible for your tax and reporting obligations. In many countries, selling crypto-assets for cash can be taxable and accounts held with foreign platforms may have to be declared. The Site does not provide tax advice: consult a professional or your tax authority.

13. Intellectual property

The texts, graphics, logos, databases and software of the Site are protected by intellectual property law and belong to the Publisher or to their respective owners. Any substantial reproduction, extraction or reuse without written permission is prohibited. The trademarks and logos of the platforms and projects mentioned belong to their owners.

14. Personal data

How your personal data is processed is described in the [privacy policy]. For the SOL reclaim tool, only the public address of the connected wallet is read; an anonymised fingerprint of the IP address may be kept to prevent abuse. Transactions recorded on the blockchain are public by nature and cannot be erased.

15. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, value or opportunity, or for losses resulting from investment decisions, transactions carried out with third parties, the use of inaccurate or outdated information, unavailability of the Site or events beyond its reasonable control (failure of a blockchain network, a provider or a platform). Nothing in these Terms excludes the Publisher’s liability where such an exclusion is prohibited by law, in particular towards consumers.

16. External links

The Site contains links to third-party websites. The Publisher has no control over their content, practices or security and accepts no responsibility for them.

17. Changes to the Terms

The Publisher may change these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect changes to the Site or to regulations. The version that applies is the one online when you use the Site. For the SOL reclaim tool, the applicable Terms are those in force when the transaction is signed.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. The French version of these Terms prevails in case of discrepancy with this translation. If a problem arises, please contact the Publisher first at [email protected]. to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts, subject to the protective rules that apply to consumers.
